Terms of Service

Discavit is a community-driven platform where people discover products. Listings may be added by a product's creators, by community members, or curated and published by our team. Either way, the underlying products, the software, services and brands themselves, are owned and operated by their respective third-party owners, not by Discavit. We operate the platform and the listings on it; we don't operate the products we feature.

You need an account to submit products, save, upvote, comment and follow communities. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (product details, logos, screenshots, descriptions, comments). By submitting it, you give Discavit permission to host, display and promote it on the platform so it can be discovered.

You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.
• Submit spam, malware, or deceptive or scam products.
• Manipulate votes, views, saves or rankings.
• Scrape, disrupt, or attempt to break or abuse the platform.
• Misrepresent ownership of a product or another person's work.

Products may be added by their creators, by community members, or curated by our team. To be transparent: during this early MVP stage, our team has added and curated many of the listings you see, using publicly available information about real products, so there's something to discover from day one.

If a listing is yours and you'd like to claim ownership, request changes, or have it removed, or you believe a listing is inaccurate or violates these terms, contact us at discavit@gmail.com. We may edit, remove or reassign listings to keep the platform accurate and trustworthy.

Discavit links out to third-party products and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, security or practices. Any dealings you have with them are between you and that third party.

Discavit is offered "as is" during this MVP stage. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, Discavit isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform or from any third-party product you discover through it.

We may update these terms as Discavit grows. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
